Marketing Sales Representative

Fortex Automation is leading the Central Florida market rollout of iRomaScents, an innovative in-store fragrance discovery system designed to help retailers improve fragrance sales while reducing tester waste and staffing pressure.

We are seeking a motivated field sales professional to help introduce this system to fragrance retailers, beauty supply stores, mall retailers, and tourist retail locations across Central Florida.

This role involves direct store outreach, product demonstrations, and building relationships with retail decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit fragrance retailers and beauty stores across Central Florida
• Conduct in-store product demonstrations
• Build relationships with store owners and managers
• Present value proposition and close pilot installations
• Track prospects, follow-ups, and installations
• Provide feedback from the market to refine sales strategy

Ideal Candidate

• 2–5 years experience in retail sales, field sales, or business development
• Comfortable approaching store owners and managers
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven
• Interest in beauty, retail, or technology products

Experience selling to retailers, salons, or beauty stores is a plus.

Compensation

• Base compensation + commission structure
