The Entry Level Assistant Manager starts by mastering the AT&T sales cycle before transitioning into a role focused on mentoring new talent and driving territory growth.

The Entry Level Assistant Manager Should

• Drive revenue by selling AT&T wireless and cell solutions to local business clients.
• Outpace the competition by delivering AT&T fiber and broadband to the Orlando market.
• Modernize local offices by implementing advanced VOIP and communication systems.
• Train and onboard new reps, teaching them the "First Division Marketing" secret sauce for success.
• Shadow team members in the field to refine their communication and closing skills.
• Analyze competitor activity to ensure AT&T remains the #1 choice for businesses.
• Oversee daily field assignments and lead high-energy team meetings to hit KPIs.
• Report sales metrics to senior leadership with an eye for growth and efficiency.
