We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively in a B2B environment.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
- Upsell additional products and services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong outside sales experience is manditory, with demonstrated success in customer service and retail sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively communicate value propositions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to identifying market trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,000.00 - $87,750.00 per year
