About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated, curious, and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to join our growing team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to launch their career in sales, marketing, or business development. You’ll learn how to generate leads, build relationships, and contribute to real revenue growth while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, craft outreach strategies, and support client engagement efforts that drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists for outbound campaigns.
  • Support the sales team with outreach, follow-up, and CRM updates.
  • Draft messaging for LinkedIn, email, and sales collateral.
  • Assist with proposal preparation and meeting follow-ups.
  • Learn and use tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Track performance metrics and help improve outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to align goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, not required).
  • Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or administrative support is a plus.
  • Strong research, organization, and multitasking skills.
