The Kind of work You'll be Doing
· Manage the Organization Development (OD) Manager's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
· Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to ministry standards.
· Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems for OD documents, including staff development plans and training materials.
· Process invoices, expense reports, and departmental budgets in collaboration with the finance department.
· Coordinate the logistics for staff training sessions, workshops, and retreats, including booking venues, managing RSVPs, preparing materials, and arranging technology setup.
· Assist in the deployment and collection of organizational surveys, such as staff engagement surveys, 360-degree feedbacks, and perform initial data entry and formatting for analysis.
· Research and compile information on best practices in organizational development and ministry leadership.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external inquiries related to the OD department.
· Help coordinate cross-departmental OD projects, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
· Manage the Leadership Development & Intercultural Learning Library, including cataloging new books, maintaining inventory and organization, and coordinating communications with borrowers.
· Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive organizational and personnel information.
· Actively participate in departmental and ministry-wide meetings, offering administrative support as needed.
Associates degree
2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a ministry, non-profit, or Human Resources/Organizational Development setting.
Knowledge in PeopleSoft or ability to learn and navigate other HCM (Human Capital Management) platforms, and Learning Management System (LMS), such as Absorb.
