Inventory Control Technician | Power the Show from Behind the Scenes
Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Range: $16.50/hr to $23.80/hr (Based on experience and qualifications)

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Inventory Control Technician, you will help manage the full inventory lifecycle while supporting show execution from the warehouse floor.
Gear Management
- Scan, check in and check out, and track equipment using inventory management software
- Maintain accurate asset records and resolve discrepancies
Show Preparation Support
- Review show orders and pull appropriate gear for rentals and productions
- Stage equipment accurately and efficiently
Equipment Turnaround
- Assist with cleaning, light repairs, and re-staging equipment for quick redeployment
- Identify damaged items and coordinate necessary repairs
Loading and Receiving
- Support truck loading and unloading activities
- Verify returned items are complete and in working condition
Manifest and Documentation
- Review and prepare shipping manifests for domestic and international events
- Ensure documentation aligns with inventory records
Operational Support
- Communicate with internal departments to fulfill equipment needs
- Assist with deliveries and general warehouse operations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with AV equipment, warehousing, or logistics preferred, but willingness to learn is welcomed
- Ability to lift and move equipment in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Flexibility to support varying production schedules
