At EA’s Tiburon Studio, innovation and creative collaboration are key, and we are seeking a Producer passionate about sports to help drive engaging experiences for American Football fans across console and PC.
As a Producer, you will have the unique opportunity to build and lead a new team, deliver live services, design fresh ways to play, and drive fan engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide vision and execution from ideation to delivery. Align your team and stakeholders with the vision, present and sell ideas, interpret player data, and be the ambassador for the player.
- Establish roadmaps for game experiences while aligning with the broader goals of EA SPORTS titles and EA overall.
- Utilize insights to develop features that resonate with target players. Lead brainstorming sessions to inspire creativity and make decisions that excite and delight our audience.
- Foster a culture of excellence as a senior leader by building a highly engaged, efficient, and high-performing team.
- Collaborate with leads from Production, Art, Design, UX, Operations, Engineering, and QA to enhance quality, communication, and coordination.
- Partner with Development Directors to manage project schedules, milestones, and sprint deliverables.
- Engage with partner teams including publishing, marketing, finance, legal, consumer insights, and game analytics.
- Set and uphold the quality standard for overall experience, features, and gameplay.
Required Qualifications
- An experienced Producer or former Senior Designer with 8+ years in game production, entertainment, or technology-focused roles.
- A demonstrated passion for video games and a love for collaborating with diverse teams to achieve great results.
- Proven ability to create, pitch, and sell a vision with appropriate production value, defining the long-term path from MVP to a multi-year roadmap.
- Deep experience in prioritizing and managing the scope of large-scale game projects.
- Familiarity with diverse gaming business models, including mobile and free‑to‑play.
- A track record of pioneering and encouraging alternative perspectives and creative solutions.
- Strong influencing skills to help others embrace their roles and responsibilities passionately.
- Excellent mediation skills with a proven ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Solid understanding of scrum and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience leveraging data and insights to inform product positioning and decision-making.
