Marketing Project Manager – Major Theme Park and Resorts Brand (Orlando, Florida)

Scope: 6-month w2 contract with potential to extend or convert, includes options for medical, dental, and vision benefits + PTO.

Hourly Rate Range $50-$55

Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Must have 2 years in agile environment and 2 years of experience utilizing Workfront

The Project Manager oversees marketing and sales campaigns from initiation to completion—scoping projects, building timelines and budgets, and ensuring deliverables are executed on time, on brand, and within budget. This role serves as a liaison between Creative, Account Management, and Project Management teams, coordinating with vendors, ensuring production quality, and managing workflow in Workfront. The Project Manager also anticipates issues, manages resources, and ensures tactical excellence across print, digital, video, and experiential marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead campaign development, including project kickoffs, schedules, estimates, and scope management.
  • Coordinate creative, digital, and production workflows to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Manage vendor relationships, production schedules, and external costs for print, digital, and video assets.
  • Monitor budgets, track project progress, and proactively resolve resourcing or timeline challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing marketing/advertising projects, ideally within an in-house agency or creative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Workfront
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows across print, digital, and video production.
  • PMP certification a plus.
