We are looking for a Cardiothoracic Transplant Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team in Orlando, FL, where you'll have the opportunity to work autonomously and receive direct mentorship from experienced professionals in a beautiful location!

Practice Setting

• Heart & Lung Transplants
• Cases also include a mix of Heart Failure, CT Surgery, ECMO & CABG cases
• Join a collegial team of surgeons, PAs, and NPs
• Gain autonomy and clinical satisfaction with direct mentorship from experienced surgeons
• Enhance your skills in a dynamic surgical program while being part of a supportive, growth-focused team

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 7 AM-4 PM with flexibility
• Guaranteed rest period of 8 hours during on-call shifts!
• Evening cases handled by call PA; day cases managed by non-call PAs
