Traditional schooling often confines exceptional students to lecture-based classrooms built for the median learner.
Alpha takes a different approach: we facilitate student-driven education that advances at the rate of capability rather than standardized timelines.
You won't oversee rows of desks or implement district-mandated lesson plans. Instead, you'll guide small cohorts of self-motivated students eager to accelerate their learning, explore subjects more thoroughly, and take ownership of their academic journey. If your achievements came through non-traditional routes—competitive arenas, athletic excellence, business ventures, or creative disciplines—and you understand how to translate ambition into measurable outcomes, this position leverages your experience for their success.
Teaching credentials are not necessary. Excellence is non-negotiable.
Shape exceptional talent. Create meaningful futures. Submit your application today.
