At Costley Entertainment, we drive innovation and performance in the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) space with our tailored digital solutions. As an Arcade Tech, you'll maintain, repair, and troubleshoot arcade games and equipment ensuring a superior gaming experience for patrons.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues and perform routine checks on arcade games and equipment
• Update software and firmware on machines
• Manage inventory parts and supplies
• Provide excellent customer service

You'll work independently and as part of a team to ensure all games are operating efficiently. This is an entry-level role that requires technical skills in electronics repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
