Job Summary
The Onsite Supervisor oversees daily workforce operations, coordinates recruiting and onboarding, ensures safety and compliance, and supports both client leadership and assigned employees. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Onboarding
- Recruit, interview, and submit qualified candidates to client hiring managers
- Make employment recommendations
- Coordinate drug screens, background checks, and new hire paperwork
- Enter and update associate information in internal systems
Daily Operations & Safety
- Conduct daily safety walkthroughs, audits, and inspections
- Partner with client supervisors to ensure staffing needs are met
- Review daily worked hours and ensure correct employee assignments
- Maintain accurate headcount and labor tracking (daily and weekly)
- Distribute paychecks to supervisors and employees
- Verify forklift certifications and training compliance
- Ensure associates receive PPE, safety orientation, and required training
Payroll & Administrative Support
- Update payroll sheets and verify time entries
- Resolve missing or incorrect punches with employees and client contacts
- Prepare and submit weekly payroll reports by Tuesday
- Ensure payroll accuracy to prevent billing or invoicing issues
Employee & Client Relations
- Supervise and support associates, leads, and supervisors as needed
- Conduct safety meetings and attend client safety committee meetings
- Ensure all associates meet client expectations and requirements
- Recommend performance evaluations for managers, supervisors, and leads
- Manage attendance, performance issues, and corrective actions
- Replace or terminate assignments when necessary
- Investigate incidents and complete injury and accident reports
Qualifications
- Previous onsite staffing, supervisory, or workforce management experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage high-volume operations and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance
- Must be available on-call in case of emergencies
- Must be open to working weekends as needed
- Bilingual Spanish & English
