We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to build and lead a strong team of senior living professionals and drive excellence across all aspects of community operations. This is a high-impact leadership role with full operational responsibility and the support of an engaged and experienced corporate team.

Executive Director Job Summary

The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and overall success of the community in partnership with Bridge Senior Living. This leader will foster a culture of servant leadership, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional experiences for residents, families, and associates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the mission, vision, and goals of the organization to enhance the resident, family, and associate experience
  • Lead, coach, and develop Department Directors to uphold the highest standards of care and service
  • Attract, hire, and retain top talent while building a strong leadership team
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain operational excellence
  • Provide timely and accurate analyses, reports, and recommendations regarding community performance
  • Partner with sales and marketing to drive community occupancy

Qualifications of an ideal Executive Director

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in Senior Living
  • Qualified to serve as an Assisted Living Administrator in the state of Florida
  • 4–5 years of progressively responsible management experience in senior living or long-term care
