Warehouse Supervisor (Night Shift)

Shifts

• NIGHT SHIFT - 5:00pm-1:30am

Objectives of this Role

· Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.

Responsibilities

· Supervise daily activity of one or more teams and their Team Leaders.

• Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the distribution center and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.

· Meet regularly with warehouse supervisors and leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity.

• Capture, analyze and share metrics data for your teams.

· Maintain a safe workplace for all employees

Skills and Qualifications

· Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar position.

• High school diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.50 - $28.50 per hour
