We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to head our CFO Advisory practice. In this crucial role, you will empower organizations to modernize their finance functions, enhance operational efficiency, and align strategies that drive performance while focusing on value creation. Collaborate with clients across various industries to ensure the success of middle market CFOs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sourcing, scoping, and successful execution of Finance Transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with all Advisory service lines, Audit, and Tax teams to uncover and seize client opportunities, driving growth within the practice.
- Create compelling go-to-market materials that clearly communicate our value proposition and illustrate how our solutions benefit clients.
- Build and manage a client portfolio valued at $2-3 million.
- Assemble and lead a high-performing team of consultants to implement transformative business process improvements across finance functions.
- Oversee client engagements to deliver customized finance transformation solutions.
- Advise clients on optimizing essential business processes, including lead-to-cash, source-to-pay, record-to-report, and FP&A.
- Design and execute comprehensive strategies aimed at modernizing finance functions.
- Work with technology, strategy, and risk departments to implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure alignment of finance transformation efforts with overarching organizational goals.
- Provide strategic insights to senior leaders and stakeholders, backed by thorough financial analyses.
- Guide teams through major organizational changes while managing complex projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years in client-facing roles within public accounting or financial advisory, paired with senior-level private industry experience.
- Proven track record in leading transformation projects and business process enhancements.
- In-depth expertise in strategizing and implementing practices and technologies that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Strong background in conducting financial and operational assessments.
- Experience in spearheading strategic finance transformations is a must.
- Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, advanced Excel, as well as data analytics and financial modeling.
- Key soft skills include leadership, exceptional communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and effective project management.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% may be required.

Salary Range
$174,000 to $290,100, based on experience and qualifications.
