We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Email/Chat Support Representative to handle customer inquiries through digital channels. The ideal candidate will provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns efficiently
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and positive experience
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes
Meet performance targets such as response time and resolution rate
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Strong written communication and typing skills
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, email, or chat support
