We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our boutique CPA firm. This role is responsible for managing administrative tasks, assisting with client communications, organizing documents, and helping ensure the office operates efficiently.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that handles confidential financial and tax information.

Duties

  • Provide general administrative support to CPAs and accounting staff
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner
  • Schedule client meetings and manage calendars for firm leadership and staff
  • Assist with client onboarding and document collection
  • Organize and maintain client files and digital records in the firm’s document management system
  • Scan, upload, and organize tax and financial documents
  • Prepare engagement letters and administrative documents
  • Coordinate mail, deliveries, and office supplies
  • Support staff with special projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive client information
  • Preferably Hindi Speaking but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
