Arco Talent Group

Vice President – Strategic Finance

Orlando, FL (On-site)

Arco Talent Group has been retained by a private equity–backed, multi‑asset operating platform with a large, national footprint.

Following a recent take‑private, the business is entering a period of accelerated operational discipline and acquisition‑led growth. The platform operates across a broad, distributed network and sits at the intersection of enterprise finance, capital deployment, and performance management.

This role reports directly to the CFO and sits at the center of enterprise FP&A, investment underwriting, and capital planning.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and upgrade the enterprise FP&A function across a large, distributed operating platform
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and executive reporting
  • Build scalable KPI frameworks, dashboards, and governance standards leveraging modern data infrastructure
  • Partner directly with field and operational leadership to translate financial targets into accountability
  • Support underwriting, diligence, and modeling for acquisitions and strategic investments
  • Translate deal‑level economics into enterprise forecasts and capital allocation strategy
  • Partner with the CFO on liquidity planning, leverage modeling, and capital structure analysis
  • Elevate board‑level reporting rigor and executive storytelling
  • Lead and develop a senior FP&A team, upgrading capability and performance standards

Ideal Background

  • 10+ years across FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or PE‑backed operating environments
  • Experience leading enterprise planning within operationally intensive or multi‑site businesses
  • Strong integrated modeling experience spanning operational and transactional analysis
  • Exposure to acquisition underwriting and capital allocation
  • Prior team leadership experience (distributed teams preferred)
  • Comfort operating in performance‑driven, fast‑moving environments
  • Multi‑site services, healthcare services, senior living, environmental services, or asset‑heavy operating backgrounds preferred

Profile

  • Operationally grounded leader with strong financial discipline
  • Hands‑on manager capable of building process and upgrading talent
  • Clear communicator across executive, board, and operating audiences
  • Strong analytical judgment with high accountability
  • Comfortable flexing between enterprise planning and transaction cycles

What Makes This Compelling

  • Private equity–backed platform with active acquisition strategy
  • Direct exposure to CFO, sponsor, and board‑level stakeholders
  • Ownership across both enterprise FP&A and transaction support
  • Opportunity to institutionalize finance infrastructure during a transformation period
  • High‑visibility role positioned as a senior bench leader within the organization
  • Blend of operational rigor and capital deployment exposure rarely combined in one mandate
