Arco Talent Group has been retained by a private equity–backed, multi‑asset operating platform with a large, national footprint.
Following a recent take‑private, the business is entering a period of accelerated operational discipline and acquisition‑led growth. The platform operates across a broad, distributed network and sits at the intersection of enterprise finance, capital deployment, and performance management.
This role reports directly to the CFO and sits at the center of enterprise FP&A, investment underwriting, and capital planning.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and upgrade the enterprise FP&A function across a large, distributed operating platform
- Own budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and executive reporting
- Build scalable KPI frameworks, dashboards, and governance standards leveraging modern data infrastructure
- Partner directly with field and operational leadership to translate financial targets into accountability
- Support underwriting, diligence, and modeling for acquisitions and strategic investments
- Translate deal‑level economics into enterprise forecasts and capital allocation strategy
- Partner with the CFO on liquidity planning, leverage modeling, and capital structure analysis
- Elevate board‑level reporting rigor and executive storytelling
- Lead and develop a senior FP&A team, upgrading capability and performance standards
Ideal Background
- 10+ years across FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or PE‑backed operating environments
- Experience leading enterprise planning within operationally intensive or multi‑site businesses
- Strong integrated modeling experience spanning operational and transactional analysis
- Exposure to acquisition underwriting and capital allocation
- Prior team leadership experience (distributed teams preferred)
- Comfort operating in performance‑driven, fast‑moving environments
- Multi‑site services, healthcare services, senior living, environmental services, or asset‑heavy operating backgrounds preferred
