Digital Marketing Analyst
AppleOneWe are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst (Paid Media) to lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels. This role will play a key part in driving performance through data-driven insights, campaign strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Lead paid media campaigns across channels such as SEM/PPC, programmatic display, paid social, CTV, OLV, native, and DOOH
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to maximize performance and ROI
Develop ad copy and collaborate with design teams on creative assets
Monitor campaign performance and provide ongoing optimization recommendations
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
Partner with analytics and strategy teams to analyze results and refine future efforts
Build and maintain dashboards and reports; regularly present insights to leadership
Identify and recommend new channel opportunities and testing strategies
Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Experience in digital marketing and paid media across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance analysis
Experience with campaign tracking (UTMs) and reporting tools
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and present findings clearly
Experience developing marketing plans, including budget and media mix
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
