Service Tech

We are currently seeking an experienced Field Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting access control, camera, gate operator, and networking systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and service access control systems
• Install and troubleshoot CCTV / IP camera systems
• Install and configure networking equipment
• Install and service gate and barrier arm operators
• Troubleshoot telephone entry systems
• Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs
• Work with manufacturer technical support to resolve system issues
• Provide professional customer service in the field

Requirements

• Proven experience with access control and surveillance systems
• Experience installing and servicing gate and barrier arm operators
• Strong networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, switches, PoE)
• Ability to troubleshoot telephone entry systems
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

In addition, we install and service surveillance cameras, license plate readers, and all associated equipment required to create a complete and reliable security and access management system.
