AMD Digital Solutions is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that works exclusively with chiropractic and regenerative therapy offices across the U.S. We build high-performing funnels, automation systems, and ad campaigns that help clinics attract new patients and scale their practices.

We work heavily inside GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, Trello, and Google Workspace. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us long term and take pride in building systems that run smoothly and deliver consistent results for our chiropractic clients.

We’re looking for someone who wants to be involved in all aspects of the business and invested in our long-term growth. You’ll work directly with the agency owner, both in person two days a week in the Orlando area and remotely the rest of the week.

What You’ll Do

Build and optimize GoHighLevel workflows, automations, triggers, and pipelines
Create and update funnels, landing pages, and client messaging templates
Manage integrations, phone numbers, system settings, and backend troubleshooting
Assist with Facebook and Instagram ad setup, tracking, and basic campaign support
Join calls with the agency owner and collaborate on client deliverables and strategy
Organize projects in Trello and help keep tasks moving smoothly
Look for ways to improve internal processes, reduce errors, and streamline client experience

What We’re Looking For

Strong GoHighLevel experience — this is the core of the role
Understanding of workflows, automation logic, calendars, funnels, and CRM pipelines
Experience with digital marketing or marketing automation (1+ year preferred)
Comfort with Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
Tech savvy and able to troubleshoot issues independently
Detail-focused, organized, and eager to learn
Located in Orlando and able to work in person two days per week
Available during Eastern Time business hours

Bonus Points For

Experience working with chiropractic or wellness clinics
Familiarity with tracking setups like pixels or Conversions API
Canva or similar design tools
Strong writing skills for SMS and email templates
