Investment Analyst

The Role

The Investment Analyst supports AllGen’s investment management process through in-depth research, portfolio monitoring, and implementation support. This role works closely with the Chief Investment Officer to identify investment opportunities, manage risk, and support performance relative to benchmarks.

Key responsibilities include

• Conducting market, fund, and asset-class research
• Performing manager due diligence and investment analysis
• Monitoring portfolios and completing attribution analysis
• Supporting asset allocation decisions and model portfolio implementation
• Producing timely market insights for advisors and clients
• Helping ensure operational excellence and adherence to compliance standards

This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role with the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve processes, and grow over time within a collaborative investment team.

Key Qualifications include

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in investment research, portfolio analysis, or related work
• Strong understanding of markets, asset allocation, and risk management
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Progress toward CFA, CMT, CIMA strongly preferred

Compensation

Salary range: $70,000–$90,000, total comp after bonus in the range $77,000 - $102,000, plus attractive benefits, with eligibility for long-term equity ownership potential.
