Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile and motivated Signage & Production Specialist with strong experience in

vinyl printing, vinyl application, and signage fabrication. The ideal candidate is a multi-tasker who

enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment, is willing to learn digital printing and mailing

operations, and brings fresh ideas from past experience to help grow the business. This role also

includes occasional site surveys and signage installations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Vinyl Production & Application
• Operate wide-format printers for vinyl and specialty materials
• Weeding, masking, and applying vinyl graphics to various substrates (ACM, PVC, Acrylic, Aluminum,

Coroplast, etc.)

• Prepare surfaces and ensure high-quality installation
• Sign Fabrication
• Operate CNC router for cutting substrates and creating signage components
• Use hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment
• Assemble signs, install hardware, and perform post-production finishing
• Site Surveys & Installations
• Conduct onsite signage surveys for measurements and installation prep
• Install indoor and outdoor signage, decals, wall graphics, and dimensional signs
• Ensure proper safety procedures are followed during installation
• Represent the company professionally at client locations
• Digital Printing & Bindery (Training Provided)
• Assist in operating digital printers
• Perform finishing tasks including laminating, trimming, cutting, and binding
• Help with packaging and fulfillment
• Mailing Department Support (Training Provided)
• Assist with addressing, sorting, inserting, and preparing mailings
• Follow USPS guidelines and maintain accuracy in mailing lists
• General Production & Teamwork
• Work closely with a small, cross-trained team
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Bring proactive ideas to improve workflow and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of experience in signage production or vinyl installation
• Strong knowledge of vinyl types, substrates, adhesives, and installation techniques
• Comfortable using CNC router, laminators, and finishing equipment
• Ability to perform site surveys and handle onsite sign installations
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work on ladders as needed
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills (digital print & mailing)

Preferred

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Flexi
• Experience with digital printing equipment (Konica Minolta, Ricoh, HP Latex, etc.)
• Knowledge of USPS direct mail standards (not required—training provided)

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
