Job Description

• Develops and manages a comprehensive onboarding plan that transitions new hires from offer acceptance through their first 90 days of work.
• Coordinates with HR and department managers to ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed before the new hire's start date.
• Designs and implements orientation programs that introduce new hires to company culture, policies, and procedures.
• Schedules and facilitates training sessions to equip new hires with the skills and knowledge needed for their roles.
• Provides ongoing support and resources to new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
