Hospitality Lead (Creative Studio Experience)

This role is for someone who can

• Deliver high-level hospitality
• Stay sharp under pressure
• And make every guest feel like they walked into something special

This is not a sit-down job.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy, on-your-feet experience role.

What You'll Actually Do

• Lead and guide guests through our fluid art experience
• Create a welcoming, high-end atmosphere from the moment guests walk in
• Multitask between hosting, assisting, cleaning, and managing flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing studio
• Handle guests with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
• Support team operations during busy weekend shifts

This role is not for you if

• You get overwhelmed easily in fast-paced environments
• You’re not comfortable talking to people all day
• You prefer slow, quiet, or repetitive work
• You’re not detail-oriented or don’t take pride in presentation

Who We're Looking For

• Naturally outgoing, confident, and personable
• Strong work ethic (you don’t need to be told what to do)
• Clean, organized, and detail-obsessed
• Able to multitask without losing energy or attitude
• Loves working with people and creating memorable experiences
• Weekend availability is REQUIRED (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

Compensation

• Hourly: Starting at $18/hr
• Tips (adds up well with the right energy) Average: $250/week

Schedule

• Primarily Thursday–Sunday
• Shifts typically between 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Additional hours available for private events
