We design, build, and manage complete outdoor ecosystems by coordinating multiple specialized trades under one unified vision.

To support our growing project pipeline, we are expanding our Wonderlands World Independent Contractor Network—a curated group of licensed professionals who collaborate on high-quality outdoor living projects.

This opportunity is designed for independent contractors, not employees.

Role Overview

As a Wonderlands World Independent Contractor, you will receive access to qualified outdoor living projects aligned with your trade and service area. Contractors work independently while collaborating with our design and project management teams to deliver premium results to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute work within your licensed trade and approved scope
• Meet Wonderlands World quality, safety, and design standards
• Coordinate with other trades on integrated projects
• Maintain professional communication and jobsite conduct
• Complete work on schedule and per approved plans
• Pull permits when required and ensure code compliance
• Maintain your own labor, tools, materials, and insurance

Contractor Requirements

• Active business entity (LLC, Corp, or Sole Proprietor)
• Valid Florida licenses (DBPR or local, as applicable)
• General liability insurance (minimum limits required)
• Workers’ compensation (if applicable)
• Proven experience in outdoor or patio-related work
• Ability to comply with Florida building codes
• Professional references or portfolio preferred

Independent Contractor Status

• This role does not constitute employment
• Contractors control pricing, schedule, and work methods
• Contractors are responsible for all taxes, insurance, and compliance
• No exclusivity required
