Senior Healthcare Business Banking Relationship Manager - Orlando

Overview

In this role, you manage and expand a portfolio of healthcare clients, driving revenue growth and deepening wallet share. You will coordinate cross-functional collaboration to deliver holistic banking solutions and strengthen client loyalty. You'll leverage internal networks and tools to identify opportunities and present enterprise-wide product solutions. The role combines relationship management with strategic risk-aware selling in a supportive, in-office culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relationship management activities to grow sales and market share within a book of business.
• Acquire, expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Identify client opportunities by understanding financial needs and wellbeing, and increase engagement and loyalty.
• Build a network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and enhance client experience.
• Present the full range of PNC products and services to clients to bring the entire bank to the client.
• Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to identify client solutions and collaborate with internal partners as needed.
• Execute contact management strategy using available tools and resources; regularly review business results and pipeline with internal partners.

Key requirements

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
• Bachelor degree
• Strong client relationship management skills and ability to manage risk
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and present enterprise product solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of credit processes/products and financial analysis (preferred)
