TakePoint Private Security is seeking a professional, patient, and motivated Lead Generator / Telemarketing Representative to assist with business development, client outreach, follow-up communications, and appointment setting.

This position is ideal for someone with previous experience in telemarketing, google researching, cold calling, inside sales, customer service, appointment setting, or lead generation who is comfortable speaking with decision-makers and maintaining organized communication records.

This is a remote position with an initial workload of approximately 15 hours per week but will increase, and typically spread across three days per week, with opportunities for additional hours and days as the company needs. This is 90% computer usage.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and businesses
  • Follow up on previously contacted leads
  • Send professional emails and follow-up communications
  • Schedule meetings and consultations with qualified decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and communication logs for each client
  • Update and manage spreadsheets and lead-tracking databases
  • Assist with prospect research and lead qualification
  • Communicate regularly with management regarding lead status and opportunities
  • Track all calls, emails, meetings, and follow-up activities

Required Experience & Skills

  • Some previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, sales, or customer service
  • Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, event planners, property managers, and other decision-makers
  • Experience using:
  • CRM systems
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Google Sheets
  • Google Workspace
  • Email platforms and business communication tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Patient, professional, and respectful when interacting with clients
  • Reliable internet connection and smartphone required
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • RESPECTFUL and understanding

Schedule

  • Approximately 15 hours per week initially
  • Typically 3 days per week
  • Flexible scheduling based on company communication and outreach needs
  • Additional hours may become available as workload increases

Compensation

Starting Pay

  • $16.75 per hour

Performance Incentives

Additional bonuses will be earned for

  • Qualified decision-maker conversations $10-25
  • Scheduled meetings for mgmt $10-25
  • Signed contracts/commission $100-300

Recurring Contract Bonus Program

Employees will earn $75–$500 bonuses for every new & recurring contract that results from their outreach efforts, and scheduling depending on contract size and value.

Additional incentive opportunities may be available for high-performing team members.

Ideal Candidate

  • MUST HAVE Some experience telemarketer or lead generator at least 1yr
  • Comfortable making outbound calls daily and sending emailing
