District Manager 2

Overview

In this District Manager role, you lead a high-impact portfolio of about 20 Corporate Services accounts across Southern & Central Florida, driving operational excellence and growth. You will oversee budgets, B2B reviews, and key projects while guiding a team of 18+ managers, shaping client partnerships and performance. You influence strategy and deliver measurable results, elevating client satisfaction and business operations. You'll work with senior leaders to execute district-wide priorities and build a culture of accountability and development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multi-site portfolio of accounts
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and quarterly business reviews
• Lead RFPs and key projects
• Direct a team of 18+ salaried managers and mentor on-site teams
• Influence strategy and strengthen client relationships to drive results
• Negotiate and collaborate across organization to deliver outcomes
• Foster client and guest satisfaction and operational excellence
• Shape district-wide operations and programs across diverse operations

• Proven multi-site leadership experience
• Strong financial acumen with track record against P&L goals
• Ability to lead through influence across frontline and senior leaders
• Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and align services
• Excellent relationship-building and client partnership skills
• Commitment to talent development, succession planning, and performance management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7 years of management experience (related experience also 7 years)
