Responsibilities
- Own and expand relationships with key account decision-makers across North Florida and develop joint business plans to drive distribution and volume
- Develop and implement chain-specific strategies around pricing, promotions, and assortment to accelerate share growth
- Track performance with KPIs and data tools, holding partners accountable and adjusting plans to achieve results
- Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to execute national and regional priorities
- Provide market insights, trends, and opportunities to continually strengthen account strategies
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of key account sales experience in CPG or alcohol beverage, including managing corporate/HQ relationships
- Proven track record of growth through chain-level strategy, execution, and customer influence
- 3+ years in sales management and key accounts with a history of success
- 2+ years in analysis and reporting
- Experience in alcohol beverage industry or CPG overall
- Experience handling multiple brands concurrently
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and drive results in a high-growth, complex environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow-up skills
