As a Marketing Assistant , you will support the planning and execution of face-to-face promotional campaigns at high-traffic Orlando venues, including retail hubs, trade shows, and community events. You’ll be the bridge between the brand’s vision and the public’s experience. On-Site Coordination: Assist in the physical setup and management of brand activations and promotional kiosks.

Customer Engagement: Actively approach and interact with the public to spark interest in our clients' services through live demonstrations. Manage inventory, promotional materials, and event equipment to ensure every "live day" runs flawlessly.

Data Collection: Conduct face-to-face surveys and gather real-time consumer feedback to help us refine our marketing strategies.

Brand Advocacy: Maintain a professional and enthusiastic brand image at all times, serving as the first point of contact for potential customers. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent "people-person" experience).

Local Knowledge: You are familiar with the Orlando/Central Florida area and are excited to work at the city’s top event locations.
