Senior Manager Finance

Overview

In this role you will lead the financial planning, reporting, and operational analysis for a dynamic organization in Orlando. You will partner with leadership to translate financial results into actionable insights and guide strategic decisions. The role focuses on planning, close processes, inventory-related finance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve service efficiency and cost control. This is a chance to shape budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking at scale while supporting a mission-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full annual planning cycle: budgets, forecasts, and longer-range financial plans aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with department leaders to interpret results, explain variances, and translate metrics into business insights
• Oversee monthly and annual close activities with accurate records and compliant reporting
• Provide financial analysis, modeling, and decision support to senior leadership for strategic planning
• Monitor policy adherence and strengthen processes around purchasing, invoices, and contracts
• Maintain reporting and reconciliation for barter/value-in-kind transactions for audit readiness
• Manage inventory-related financial reporting: track additions, usage, and schedule updates
• Partner with operations on fulfillment: inventory planning, order flow, logistics efficiency, cost-aware service
• Track operational and financial KPIs, identify improvements, and foster cross-functional collaboration across finance, accounting, and operations
• Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as priorities evolve
