Supervisor - Cookes of Dublin @ Raglan Road Irish Pub

Recruiting experienced Supervisor/Manager for our Quick Service Restaurant "Cookes of Dublin" at Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant located at Downtown Disney Orlando in Walt Disney World.

The right candidate must have the ability to reflect the attitude, theme and culture of the Raglan Road concept to ensure a welcoming, inviting and authentic Irish restaurant/pub experience. Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional relationship with all pub customers and employees. Adhere to all departmental and company service standards. Responsibilities also include managing staff throughout their shift and providing them with feedback to improve performance and guest experience. Provide positive reinforcement to staff when seen to be following correct operating procedures and maximizing the guest experience. Complaint handling, Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability and managing the business accordingly

Food and Beverage

1. Check that there is sufficient stock of all items/products in the designated work areas.

2. Work to restock and maintain service supplies throughout the course of the shift.

3. Ensure all products are rotated on a first-in, first-out philosophy.

4. Ensure all Invoices are processed properly and placed in designated area. 5. Ensure that you adhere to and that those you supervise adhere to correct food and beverage standard specifications including; specified glassware, crockery and cutlery, recipes, measures and garnishes and correct presentation and service of all food and beverages.

6. Ensuring food and beverage quality and presentation is superior and takes action to correct any irregularities.

7. Advising customers on menu, Beer & wine choice when appropriate and required.

8. Control and limit the wasting of supplies and stock.

9. Ensuring all equipment and supplies are clean and maintained in good working order.

10. Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for employees and guests alike.

11. Follow all HACCP guidelines as outlined by the executive chef and General Manager.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
