Job Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Site Supervisor to oversee residential construction projects. This role requires a unique blend of construction expertise, logistical organization, and top-tier client relations. As this position involves traveling to and from multiple job sites daily, a reliable professional who values safety and punctuality is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Site Oversight: Travel between various project locations daily to monitor progress, lead crews, and meet with homeowners.
• On-Site Leadership: Direct daily operations and coordinate with crews to ensure project phases are completed on schedule.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary liaison with homeowners; providing daily updates and maintaining a professional, helpful presence.
• Material Management: Maintain an accurate count and track all materials delivered and used on-site.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Daily travel to multiple job sites is a core requirement of the role.
• Construction Expertise: A strong background and technical knowledge in construction are heavily weighted.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs consistently.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and a positive attitude are required for direct daily interaction with clients.
• Flexibility: 40 hours per week guaranteed, but flexibility in daily working hours is necessary to accommodate project needs.
• Professionalism: A presentable appearance and "can-do" attitude are essential as the face of the company on-site.
• Basic Tech Skills: Proficiency with basic computer/mobile app tasks for tracking and reporting is greatly appreciated.

Pay: From $57,200.00 per year
