Field Marketing Representative

Poseidon Marine is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Representative to join our team. This role involves promoting the company’s products and services to customers, prospects, and partners through on-site, and face-to-face interactions. They act as a liason between marketing and sales teams, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales growth.

Duties

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and generate new prospects.
• Promote products/services in the field through direct interaction, presentations, and distribution of marketing materials.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with marketing managers and sales teams.
• Generate leads and drive sales by identifying and engaging potential clients.
• Attend trade shows, events, and industry gatherings to network and promote the brand.
• Monitor industry trends, competition, and opportunities to adapt marketing strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with event marketing, trade shows, and direct sales is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal abilities for building lasting customer relationships and leading sales at events
• Self-starter attitude with a goal-oriented approach
• Capability to work independently at events
