We've been retained to lead a confidential search for a Chief Financial Officer, and this is not your typical CFO seat.

Our client is an established, privately held, distribution business with a record of serving some of the nation's largest retailers. This is a company that has earned trust by being responsive and dependable when conditions shift, and it's now ready to bring that same discipline to its finance function.

This is a rare opportunity to build, not just report. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO and COO, the CFO will:

• Serve as a true strategic partner, bringing a financial lens to the decisions that shape the business.
• Lead a modern ERP transformation from the ground up, gaining a granular view of how the entire company runs.
• Implement meaningful metrics and KPIs across every layer of the organization.
• Own cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and financial strategy.
• Modernize and strengthen the financial infrastructure to support the company's evolving needs.
• Help institutionalize the business and build lasting enterprise value.
