Orlando Christian Prep (OCP) is a Christ-centered school serving students from 2 years old through 12th grade. With over 700 students enrolled and a brand-new facility opening, we are expanding our faculty and inviting passionate educators to join our growing team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, full-time elementary teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about teaching young learners and are committed to Christian education. The teacher will be responsible for delivering instruction in core subjects while integrating a biblical worldview into all areas of learning.

Responsibilities

• Teach core subjects: Language Arts, Math, Science, History, and Bible
• Collaborate with grade-level and subject-area team members to plan lessons and coordinate curriculum
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities
• Create a nurturing, Christ-centered classroom environment
• Uphold and model Christian values in and out of the classroom

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Prior experience teaching elementary students (preferred)
• Eligible or currently pursuing FACCS Certification
• A clear understanding of and commitment to the ministry of Christian education
