Growth Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a strategic and growth focused leader to oversee our company’s market presence, reputation, client communications, and growth initiatives across multiple commercial service divisions.
This role is responsible for helping strengthen how our company is perceived in the market while supporting business growth through marketing, communications, digital presence, relationship development, and strategic outreach. The ideal candidate understands how to build trust, create professional market visibility, and support long term business growth in a commercial services environment.
This is not a basic social media management position. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute professionally, and help position our companies as credible, organized, and growth driven industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and market growth
- Support business development efforts through strategic campaigns and outreach
- Help improve inbound lead flow and overall market visibility
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts including website content, email campaigns, LinkedIn presence, and advertising initiatives
- Track and report on campaign performance, engagement, and growth metrics
Brand & Reputation Management
- Help strengthen overall company reputation and professional market perception
- Ensure consistency across company messaging, branding, presentations, proposals, and communications
- Develop client facing materials, case studies, project spotlights, and company overviews
- Monitor online presence, reviews, and public perception of the company
- Assist in positioning the company as a trusted commercial service provider within the industry
Communications & Content
- Oversee company social media platforms and digital communication strategies
- Coordinate professional project photography, videos, and content creation
- Create and manage internal and external communication campaigns
- Support leadership with strategic messaging, announcements, and public communications
Relationship Development
- Support client retention and relationship building initiatives
- Assist in developing strategic partnerships and industry relationships
- Coordinate networking opportunities, events, sponsorships, and industry visibility efforts
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, growth strategy, communications, public relations, business development, or related fields
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand positioning
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives across several business divisions
- Experience working in commercial services, construction, facilities, property management, or related industries is strongly preferred
- Self motivated, organized, and growth oriented mindset
- Strong understanding of professional communication and client perception
