Director of Government & Mega-Project Bidding Infrastructure / Public Sector

This is not an estimator job. This is a money-finding job.

We are not looking for someone to price projects. We are looking for someone who knows where the money is, how to access it, and how to win it.

You will be responsible for finding, controlling, and closing:

• Government contracts
• Infrastructure projects
• Municipal projects
• DOT projects
• Federal contracts
• Large private-sector capital projects

If you don’t already live inside bid portals and procurement systems — do not apply.

Responsibilities

• Source multi-million dollar projects
• Control government bid pipelines
• Secure federal, state, county, and municipal contracts
• Build and manage opportunity pipelines
• Win large-scale infrastructure deals
• Lead bid strategy, not data entry

Required Experience

You must have a proven history of

• Winning government contracts
• Closing multi-million dollar deals
• Managing bid pipelines
• Working public procurement systems

Required Systems Knowledge (Non-Negotiable)

You must already know and use

• SAM.gov
• DemandStar
• BidNet
• Bonfire
• PlanetBids
• Periscope
• State & county procurement portals
• DOT systems

We will not train this.

This Role Is NOT For

• Junior estimators
• Quote builders
• Data-entry bidders
• Software-only operators
• Private-only estimators
• Anyone without government bid experience

This Role IS For

• Contract hunters
• Pipeline builders
• Revenue drivers
• Infrastructure deal closers
• Government contract professionals

Pay: $88,539.77 - $170,000.00 per year
