Associate Director, Investments

Overview

In this role, you will represent buyers and sellers in commercial real estate investments, leveraging Marcus & Millichap's scale and capital access to close more deals. You'll source new business, advise on pricing and execution, and manage negotiations from engagement to closing. You'll work with cross-market specialists and a high-volume environment that rewards performance and collaboration. The position offers unlimited earning potential as an independent contractor supported by proprietary technology and a strong research-and-capital platform.

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in the sale of commercial real estate investment properties
• Source and win new business through your network and market expertise
• Advise owners and investors on pricing, positioning, and execution strategy
• Manage negotiations and deal execution from engagement through closing
• Collaborate with specialists across markets and product types

Key requirements

• Active track record in commercial real estate investment sales
• Established client relationships and sound transaction judgment
• Self-directed with drive to grow production on a scalable platform

• Active real estate license in the state where you work
