We are currently in need of a Production Manager with the following:

JOB DUTIES:

Liaise with Foreman, other supervisors and leads to formulate objectives and understand requirements

Organize workflow to meet project specifications and deadlines

Allocating general and daily responsibilities

Ability to train employees in all aspects of the production floor

Documents all aspects of Quality Control throughout the build process

Responsible for Quality Control Binder completion by department

Enforce health and safety precautions

Maintain, update, and adhere to all SOPs

Ability to communicate and report effectively to employees and management

Work with Engineering dept. on final schematics.

Responsible for hiring, reviews, and write-ups.

Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel.

Must be able to work on projects when needed physically

Keep a positive attitude but administer when necessary.

Determine the necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.)

Approve maintenance work, equipment purchasing, etc.

Ensure output meets quality standards

Enforce health and safety precautions

Report to upper management

ABILITIES:

Proven experience as a production manager.

Deep knowledge of production management

Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations

Knowledge of performance evaluation.

Proficient in MS Office and ERP software

Outstanding communication ability

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

SKILLS:

Must be reliable

Ability to multi-task

Must be a self-starter and motivator

Work in a fast-paced team environment

Must be a team player with a positive attitude

Must have strong attention to detail and keep the work area clean and orderly

Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature.

Must be able to bend at the waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time.

Must be able to climb into and out of the interior of specialty vehicles

Must be able to wear proper safety equipment.

Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum three (3) years of Production Management experience. Manufacturing preferred.

EDUCATION:

College or equivalent. BS/BA in business administration or relevant field is preferred
