Love Your Bath LLC, a rapidly growing bath and shower remodeling company and exclusive Jacuzzi® Bath Remodel dealer in Florida, specializes in beautifully custom-designed bathtubs and showers, expertly installed in as little as one day.

Love Your Bath is seeking an experienced Director of Field Marketing to lead our field marketing organization across four Florida markets.

This is a multi-market leadership position responsible for generating customer opportunities through events, big-box and retail locations, canvassing, and community-based marketing.

We're looking for someone who can lead managers, build teams, generate leads, analyze performance, and drive accountability.

What You'll Own

• Field marketing performance across Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Fort Myers
• Leadership and development of Field Marketing Managers
• Performance of approximately 35+ Field Marketing Agents
• Event and home-show marketing
• Big-box and retail lead generation
• Canvassing programs
• Lead volume and lead quality
• Cost per lead and marketing ROI
• Recruiting, staffing, training, and retention
• Manager coaching and development
• Regional performance improvement

You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Call Center, HR, and executive leadership to ensure our field marketing organization consistently produces qualified opportunities that translate into appointments, sales, and revenue.

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in candidates with

• 7+ years of field marketing, direct marketing, experiential marketing, retail marketing, canvassing, or related experience
• 3+ years leading managers or multi-location teams
• Experience managing geographically dispersed field teams
• Strong understanding of lead generation, cost per lead, conversion, and ROI
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, develop, and hold managers accountable
• A track record of improving underperforming markets or teams

Experience in home improvement, remodeling, home services, big-box retail marketing, or appointment-driven consumer sales is strongly preferred.

This Is a Hands-On Leadership Role. We're not looking for someone who wants to manage field marketing from behind a desk. The Director will regularly visit markets, observe teams in action, coach managers, evaluate events and retail locations, analyze performance, and identify opportunities to improve results.

Regular travel throughout Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and Fort Myers is required. The position will also require attendance at leadership meetings and other company activities in Tampa, potentially once per week.
