LM Ventures Program Manager (Stf)

Overview

In this role you will coordinate the LMV IRAD portfolio, aligning internal tech and product teams with external capabilities. You'll drive end-to-end IRAD project execution within cost and schedule boundaries while partnering across functions to support broader transition strategies. You will enable portfolio companies to pursue high-impact opportunities and communicate program status to leadership. Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and integrate LMV IRAD projects from start to finish within cost and schedule constraints
• Collaborate with internal technology, product, business-area, and functional teams to align IRAD work with broader transition plans
• Lead initiatives that create value for Lockheed Martin and help portfolio companies seize opportunities
• Prepare and deliver status briefings, dashboards, and technical summaries to leadership and external stakeholders
• Apply best practices and lessons learned to improve project processes and outcomes
• Perform additional duties as assigned by team leadership

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Self-starter with strategic and operational balance
• Proven ability to work across organizational boundaries and build trusted relationships
• Track record of delivering programs on cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret (or higher) security clearance
