Functional Manufacturing Engineering Senior Manager

Overview

In this role you drive a unified manufacturing engineering strategy for the MFC portfolio, leading cross functional collaboration to accelerate delivery and adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies. You shape process definition, risk mitigation, and budget/schedule discipline while mentoring dispersed engineering teams. You'll leverage data analytics, 3D modeling, and design-for-manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, cost, and quality. This position offers influence across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive engineering roadmap for the MFC portfolio
• Identify and quantify technical risks and translate mitigations into measurable gains
• Own budget stewardship and schedule integrity for initiatives with executive reporting
• Champion cross-functional collaboration to accelerate delivery
• Lead and mentor geographically dispersed engineering teams to foster operational excellence

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering or related technical discipline
• 5+ years in an engineering supervisory/managerial role
• Experience in design for manufacturing / assembly or design to cost
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
• Strong liaison skills across Production Operations, Manufacturing Sites, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
