Responsibilities

• administer contracts and ensure compliance across lifecycle stages
• develop and contribute to negotiation strategies and risk analyses
• maintain customer relations and communicate contract matters to management
• lead or participate in proposal preparation, including terms, risk analysis, and mitigation plans
• evaluate contract performance for amendments, extensions, or close-out
• advise on contractual obligations and policy adherence

Key requirements

• Bachelor in related discipline or equivalent with 3+ years of experience
• Federal contracting, negotiation, and administration experience with USG DoW contracts and FAR/DFARS
• experience across proposal development, contract negotiation, and administration
• familiarity with cost estimating and basic financial analysis is desirable
• ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
