Advanced Sensors and Electronics Sr Manager

Overview

In this role you guide the development of advanced sensor and electronics systems (wire harness, PCB, CCA) and spearhead digital manufacturing capabilities, including Agentic AI and data-driven insights. You will lead a team delivering continual improvements to production systems across quality, manufacturability, scalability and cost, leveraging cutting-edge data tools. You collaborate across functions to advance Industry 5.0 initiatives and drive performance on high-volume production lines. Responsibilities

• Grow and develop best-in-class sensor/electronics systems (wire harness, PCB, CCA)
• Own the digital operations strategy for manufacturing (Agentic AI, physical AI, insights tools) and drive continuous improvement
• Lead a team using reinforcement learning for continuous improvement across sensor/electronics programs
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, assignments, and disciplinary actions for_subordinates
• Oversee R&D for electronics, AI, and systems architecture across multiple engineering disciplines

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline
• Experience with wire harness fabrication
• Experience in CCA, PCB, PWB fabrication
• Knowledge of agentic AI systems
• Knowledge of machine learning and reinforcement learning principles
• Experience with high-volume production lines

• Leadership experience in electronics fabrication
