What You'll Do

• Maintain organization and efficiency throughout the household.
• Coordinate family schedules, appointments, and calendars.
• Complete errands such as grocery shopping, returns, and dry cleaning.
• Plan and prepare family meals or assist with meal prep.
• Organize children's belongings, toys, closets, and play areas.
• Manage children's laundry and household linens.
• Restock household supplies and maintain inventory.
• Provide childcare before or after school and during school breaks as needed.
• Coordinate with parents regarding household priorities and daily needs.
• Create systems that help families maintain an organized, stress-free home.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional childcare, household management, personal assistant, or family assistant experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Comfortable transporting children when required.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Willing to complete background checks, social media screening, and driving record verification (company-paid).
• Comfortable around household pets.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• No additional children may accompany caregivers during assignments.
