Job Overview

We are currently hiring a Junior Marketing Associate to support customer engagement and promotional marketing campaigns across the Orlando area. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer communication, and campaign support.

This role involves working directly with customers at promotional events and retail-based campaign locations while representing client products and services in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Interact with customers and answer general product or service questions
• Maintain a professional and positive brand image at all times
• Help coordinate event materials and promotional displays
• Track customer interactions and campaign feedback where required
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors during daily operations

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation within the Orlando area
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or sales is beneficial but not required.
