What The Position is About

  • Lead, coach, and develop Managers across Signature Service, Ordering, Permitting, Scheduling, Service Coordination, and Fulfillment teams
  • Conduct weekly leadership reviews focusing on performance, workflow execution, staffing needs, and KPI updates
  • Standardize workflows for all centralized operations support functions
  • Implement lean process improvements to reduce cycle time, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize accuracy
  • Ensure Managers maintain consistent communication, documentation accuracy, and timely updates in all systems
  • Oversee scheduling of technical measures, installations, inspections, and post-install work to maximize capacity
  • Ensure performance targets are met across scheduling efficiency, order accuracy, permit timelines, service completion, capacity utilization, and communication metrics
  • Serve as the strategic bridge between Operations Support and Sales, Installation, Service, Warehouse, and Market Leadership
  • Review and manage departmental KPIs including accuracy rates, cycle times, NPS drivers, and communication performance
  • Hire, train, and develop Managers while supporting succession planning and leadership development across the department
  • Support all Florida markets with onsite leadership during training, stabilization, or workflow realignment needs

The Right Candidate Will Have

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, service, administrative workflow, or customer experience within the home improvement industry
  • Experience leading multi-department, centralized operations or support teams
  • Comfort operating at a high project volume (8K+ projects a year)
  • The ability to lead managers and support multiple markets at different maturity levels
  • Strong process, SOP, lean improvement, and data-driven mindset
