Overview

In this role you lead electrical and mission-critical construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and safety. You will align with the operations team to manage scope, resources, and stakeholder communications while driving profitability and customer satisfaction. You'll supervise on-site teams, review plans, and maintain strong client relationships. This is an opportunity to shape multi-site projects in a client-focused, safety-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission-critical construction projects to meet safety, profitability, timeliness, and quality goals
  • Coordinate materials, tools, and information to align with scope and construction schedules
  • Lead project meetings and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee on-site supervision of field staff and crews
  • Review project documents, plans and specifications; direct construction activities; resolve issues; manage project closings
  • Visit jobsites to monitor progress, promote safe behavior, and engage with customers and subcontractors
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure project cost, time, and quality adherence
Key requirements
  • 5 years of project management experience in the electrical field preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred; equivalent studies or experience considered
  • Completion of or initiative to enroll in an approved electrical apprenticeship program preferred
